Royal Mencap Society - Domiciliary Care Services - North London Rated 'Good' by CQC.

The service provides supported living services to learning disabled and autistic people. They offer care and support to people living in 'supported living' settings so that they can live in their own home as independently as possible. The service supported 29 people at the time of the inspection.
The assessment started on 12 March 2025 and ended on 17 April 2025 and was carried out across 4 separate residences.
The people supported by the service and their relatives were reported to have an overall good experience of the service. The report stated that people supported had the opportunities to learn new skills and engage in a variety of activities. Inspectors observed that People supported and their relatives were involved in the development of care plans and staff knew the people supported's likes and dislikes.
It was reported that the people supported's needs were risk assessed and that systems were in place to protect them from abuse and harm. Staff had also undertaken a range of specialist training to support this.
The service received a rating of 'Good' in all areas which was an improvement from their 2022 inspection where they received a rating of 'Requires improvement'.
