Our 2025-26 Annual Report
We are delighted to share with you our Annual Report for 2025-26.
This year, we have made a real difference in our community - from addressing GP registration challenges for people experiencing homelessness to producing a mental health guide. We are proud of the impact we have made and are pleased to share our achievements with you.
Our 2025-26 highlights in numbers:
We reached out to 46,878 people this year:
- 1182 people shared their experiences of health and social care services with us.
- 199 people came to us for clear advice and information.
- Through our social media and newsletters, we reached 14,544 people.
- Our website had 30,953 page views.
We published seven reports about the improvements people would like to see in health and social care services
Our most popular report was Understanding Type 2 Diabetes in Enfield, highlights residents’ experiences, the challenges they face, and how local services can improve support.
We are lucky to have 22 volunteers who contributed 320 hours of their time to support us with our work.
