Young people listening in a group

We hosted an online Q&A event about children and young people's mental health and we were joined by a panel of experts who answered your questions:

  • Enfield CAMHS (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services)
  • Enfield Educational Psychology Service
  • Kooth
  • Wellbeing Connect
  • MIND Enfield (Mental Health Charity)

You asked lots of questions about children and young people's mental health, covering a wide range of topics such as anxiety, bereavement, how to open conversations and talk about emotions and much more!

With permission from all the people involved, below is the recording of the event for those of you that were unable to join us and wanted to hear the answers to the questions asked.

There were lots of useful links shared during the event in the chat box and we have collated these for you in a leaflet, which you can download below.
