Join the Enfield Clinical Commissioning Group Patient Reference Group

Enfield Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are looking for local residents to join their Patient Reference Group.

The group will meet face to face at least four times a year, but Enfield CCG may contact you in-between meetings by email or other e-communications methods to ask your opinion on local NHS services.

As part of the Patient Reference Group, Enfield CCG want you to put forward your perspective as an individual patient so that they can understand what local people need from the services that they plan, buy and monitor. They welcome applications from everyone, including those who have never volunteered before. The CCG serves a diverse borough and want this group to reflect individuals experience and opinions of the NHS.

A person specification and role description is available to download from the Enfield CCG website. You can apply by making an expression of interest, completing this form. You will be asked to give your name, your contact details, the member practice you are registered with and to complete some equalities monitoring data. You can also write in up to 500 words why you are applying for this role and any special interests or experience you have had.
