How to book your blood test at your local hospitals and clinics
If you are visiting the Royal Free Hospital, Chase Farm Hospital or Barnet Hospital for a blood test you can book your blood test online or over the telephone.

You can still book your blood test appointment over the phone but this can be time consuming due to long telephone queues.

Why book online?
The online booking system brings a range of benefits including:
- Allowing patients, their carers and family members to better plan their visits to the hospital as they will have a specific time for their blood test.
- 24/7 visibility of available appointments and the ability for patients to book their own appointments.
- The opportunity to view, reschedule and cancel appointments.
- Skip lengthy telephone queues.
Things to remember
- Bring your confirmation text/email.
- Bring a printed paper blood test request form or GP forms with you. Your GP will be able to provide the form. Without this, we may not be able to perform the blood test and the appointment might need to be rescheduled.
- Try not arrive any earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment.
