Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health Trust and North Middlesex University Hospital Trust are running a workshop to give local people who live or use health services in Enfield, the opportunity to look at how each Trust is performing and give their point of view on this.
The workshop, to be held on Thursday 11 July 2019, 9.30am-3.30pm at Community House, Edmonton, will involve working in small groups to discuss and agree overall grades for services, their performance and whether they deliver fair and effective care to all.
Refreshments and a free lunch will provided. The following disability access support will be provided as standard:
- BSL interpreter
- Wheelchair access
- Large print information
If you have any further access requirements, please do let us know at the time of your booking. We are very happy to discuss arrangements with you and organise assistance.
Both Trusts share a commitment to involving local service users, carers and community organisations in the grading of their performance.
So this is your opportunity to be involved and have a direct influence on how grades are awarded for services.
