Lime Trees Residential Care home, Enfield is to remain closed as Care Quality Commission wins case at Tribunal

The Royal Courts of Justice, The First-Tier Tribunal has upheld the Care Quality Commission’s bid to close Enfield based, Lime Trees Residential Care Home Limited. The care home failed in its bid to stop the CQC from cancelling its registration.

The Urgent Care Centre at Chase Farm Hospital is currently open 8am – 10pm every day but local decision-makers and providers are looking at the possibility of changing this. It is proposed that the Centre closes one hour earlier, at 9pm every day.
