Would you like to work for a dynamic organisation which seeks to empower local communities and to secure improvements to health and social care services affecting over 300,000 residents of Enfield?

Healthwatch Enfield was established in 2013 to act as the statutory, independent consumer champion for health and social care services in the borough. We're here to amplify the voices of local people and to help them navigate the complex systems of health and social care. Everything we say and do is informed by our connections with Enfield's residents. A key focus of Healthwatch Enfield is on understanding the needs, experiences and concerns of people, who use services, so that we can speak out on their behalf in order to seek improvements in services.

We are looking for two dynamic, innovative and values-driven individual to join a small team currently operating from our offices in North London.

Community Engagement Manager
This person will build on a solid foundation of Healthwatch Enfield's approaches to community engagement and will be responsible for raising the profile of Healthwatch Enfield in the London Borough of Enfield in order to reach new audiences and build relationships with the local communities.

This person will build on a solid foundation of Healthwatch Enfield's approaches to communications and community engagement and will be responsible for enhancing community engagement with the organisation whilst also ensuring we achieve the highest possible positive public profile in the media and through wider digital communications.
