Healthwatch Enfield’s plan to continue supporting you during the Coronavirus outbreak

Here at Healthwatch Enfield, we are geared up for our staff to work from home so we will still be taking calls on our signposting and information line as usual over the coming weeks and months.
Supporting you through covid

We will be supporting our community and signposting wherever possible to help keep our elderly and vulnerable residents safe.

We’ll continue to be in contact with community groups and organisations via the phone, email or texts to ensure we can keep you up to date with the most reliable and up to date information.

Despite the Coronavirus outbreak, we will endeavour to do everything we can to support Enfield residents.

All our face to face engagement for the coming weeks have been temporarily postponed and our office will be closed to visitors from today, but we will continue engaging with you all via other channels; email, social media and telephone to name a few.

As the situation evolves, it is likely that information will change very quickly, both locally in Enfield and nationally across the country. We will update our website with this information, as it is announced.

If you haven’t already, we recommend that where possible, you follow us:

Please continue to look out for family, friends and neighbours who may need practical or emotional support during this time. If you have an elderly neighbour or are aware of someone with a health problem that may make them more susceptible to Coronavirus, check in with them, (taking the relevant hygiene precautions) and ask if there is anything they need or anything you can do to help.
