What We Do
Our job is to amplify the voices of local people on the key issues that affect those who use health and care services.
We listen to your views and experiences of local health and care services and use that feedback to secure improvements to services that need it. We actively seek views from all sections of the community – not just from those who shout the loudest, but especially from those who sometimes struggle to be heard.
We use evidence based on real experiences to highlight local and national issues and trends and raise these at the highest levels.
We make information available on local services and help you find other sources of good information.
Our volunteers support us in all that we do, including visiting some local services to assess users' experiences of them.
