GP Friends & Family Test
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is a standardised test used to assess patient satisfaction across different NHS services. The FFT asks one simple question: ‘How likely are you to recommend our service to friends and family if they need similar care or treatment?’. The FFT was introduced to GP practices in January 2015 and it is a contractual requirement for GP practices to submit FFT data. In line with our work around GP services in Enfield, we monitor the GP FFT data for Enfield practices on a monthly basis. The monthly data can be downloaded below.
We also published a report in March 2016, ‘The GP Friends and Family Test in Enfield Practices: Learning from the first year of implementation’. The report is available at this link.
