Data Hub

We regularly monitor performance data of local services to assess if Enfield patients are receiving high quality services in a timely manner, in line with the NHS Constitution. We monitor performance of services against national targets and local trends over time, contacting the relevant local providers and/or commissioners of services if we highlight poor performance or discrepancies in the data. As a local Healthwatch, it is our duty to make providers and commissioners accountable and to seek explanations relating to performance, to ensure that Enfield patients receive the best service possible. We endeavour to publish this data in an accessible format to ensure that this data is easy to understand for all patients. Our data hub includes the data we monitor on a regular basis. This includes:

  • A&E performance and activity
  • The A&E Friends and Family Test
  • Referral to treatment waiting times
  • Cancer waiting times
  • The GP Friends and Family Test
  • CQC reports
  • Adult Social Care data
